If you have any comments, concerns or complaints related to any area of the Australian Stroke Clinical Registry, please do not hesitate to contact us by phone, email or letter using the details provided in the Contact section of our website.

Alternatively, if you wish to discuss your concerns with someone not directly involved with the Australian Stroke Clinical Registry, you can contact the Human Resources Ethics Committee for the hospital you were admitted to. You can obtain their contact details at the bottom of the AuSCR Patient Information Sheet relevant to your hospital, or through their websites.

All complaints received by the Australian Stroke Clinical Registry office will be treated seriously and every effort will be made to reach a satisfactory resolution.
